Whitsunday Transit is the only bus operator to be contracted to transfer passengers for every flight in and out of Whitsunday Coast Airport, approx 12km south of Proserpine.

Transfers operate between Shute Harbour, Airlie Beach, Cannonvale, Proserpine and Whitsunday Coast Airport. Coaches will pick-up and deliver passengers door-to-door but booking is essential.

Whitsunday Transit is the only bus operator to be contracted to transfer passengers for every rail service in and out of Proserpine Railway Station.

Transfers operate between Shute Harbour, Airlie Beach, Cannonvale, Proserpine and Proserpine Railway Station.

Passengers should be ready and waiting outside their designated pick-up point at least 5 minutes prior to pick-up time.
Services are scheduled to meet this requirement. It may not be possible to wait for passengers who are not ready for collection at this agreed time.

Whitsunday Transit will not be responsible for delays incurred due to circumstances beyond our control.

Whitsunday Transit accepts no responsiblity for loss or damage to any luggage or personal and valuable items.
Smoking is prohibited on all services.

Alcohol may not be consumed on any service. Whitsunday Transit reserves the right to refuse entry to an intoxicated person or remove an intoxicated person from any service.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds of ticketed bookings will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation with more than 48 hours notice prior to departure: Full Refund
Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice prior to departure: 50% of fare value
Failure to board: Nil Refund
