Bookings can be made on-line using our secure booking system or by telephoning (07) 4946 1800.

If you wish to book on-line, please read the terms and conditions of travel below and click to indicate you have read these are wish to proceed.

Passengers should be ready and waiting outside their designated pick-up point at least 5 minutes prior to pick-up time. Services are scheduled to meet this requirement. It may not be possible to wait for passengers who are not ready for collection at this agreed time.

Children are 4 - 14 years of age at time of travel.

Whitsunday Transit will not be responsible for delays incurred due to circumstances beyond our control.

Whitsunday Transit takes every care with luggage but accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage or personal and valuable items which are beyond it's control.

Smoking is prohibited on all services.

Alcohol may not be consumed on any service.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds of ticketed bookings will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation with more than 48hours notice prior to departure: Full Refund
Cancellation with less than 48hours notice prior to departure: 50% of fare value
Failure to board: Nil Refund
