• Booking Your Transfer:

  • You can pre-book your transfer online via a booking form or call the number 07 4946 1800.

  • Alternatively, visit the Whitsunday Transit desk at the airport to arrange transfers upon arrival.

• Arrival Assurance:

  • Whitsunday Transit meets all Jetstar and Virgin arriving flights, so you won’t miss the bus if you’re on those flights.

• Drop-off Times:

  • Drop-off times in the reservation system are approximate and may vary depending on the number of stops.

• Return Details:

  • After receiving your e-Ticket, passengers are responsible for ensuring that their return pick-up details are correct. It is up to the passenger to confirm the details of their return journey before departure. The company is not liable for any errors in the return details provided by the passenger.

Refund Policy

• Failure to Board:

  • No refund applies if you fail to board your transport.

• Delays:

  • Whitsunday Transit is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond their control.

  • They are also not responsible for passengers who miss their designated departure time or fail to board on time.
